The performing arts center is designed as a 500+ seat performing arts center for the Franklin Pierce School District. The auditorium is tunable for usage across multiple activities including spoken word performances, and instrumental and vocal music. The building has in addition to the stage and auditorium a set shop, green & dressing rooms as well as a lobby which doubles as an art display space.
